Watermark PDF
Stamp text or an image watermark on every page — your files never leave your device.
Watermarks serve as a quick visual signal: draft, confidential, for review only, or simply your brand identity on distributed documents. This tool lets you stamp any text — with custom font size, colour, and opacity — or a PNG/JPEG logo across every page of a PDF in a single pass. Eight position presets, including the classic diagonal layout, cover the most common use cases. Everything runs via pdf-lib in your browser — the document never leaves your device, and there are no file size limits imposed by a server.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the watermark apply to every page?
Yes — it is stamped uniformly across all pages in one click. There is no per-page selection; for partial watermarking, split the document first and watermark each section separately.
What image formats work for image watermarks?
PNG and JPEG. PNG is ideal when your logo has a transparent background — the transparency is preserved so the watermark blends naturally over page content.
Can the watermark be removed later?
Not with this tool. The watermark is drawn directly into the PDF content stream. Keep a copy of the original file if you may need the unwatermarked version.
Does it affect the existing text or images in the PDF?
No. The watermark is added as a separate layer on top. All original text, images, links, and form fields remain exactly as they were.
